Conflicts Staff Attorney
one is supporting the New York City office of an AmLaw 100 firm in their search for a Conflicts Attorney to support the firm's new business intake and conflicts clearance process on a contract-to-hire basis. This REMOTE role works closely with attorneys and business intake professionals to identify, analyze, and resolve potential conflicts of interest while ensuring compliance with applicable ethical rules and firm policies.

Identify potential conflicts issues and partner with attorneys to facilitate conflict clearance and resolution.
Support new client and matter intake, lateral attorney onboarding, and other special conflicts-related projects.
Participate in training programs related to conflicts and intake procedures.
Provide on-call support for conflicts reviews and assist with additional projects as needed.

3+ years of experience conducting conflicts analysis in a large law firm environment preferred.
~ Proficiency with Microsoft Office; This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Conflicts Attorney who enjoys analyzing complex issues, collaborating with colleagues across the firm, and playing a critical role in risk management and client intake.
