Target Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 annually

Key Responsibilities For The Human Resources Administrator

Manage new hire onboarding, orientation, and employee documentation

Maintain HRIS records and ensure personnel files remain accurate and compliant

Support recruitment activities including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications

Assist with benefits administration, leave tracking, and employee inquiriesSupport HR compliance, reporting, and day-to-day administrative functions

Qualifications For The Human Resources Administrator

2+ years of HR, HR Coordinator, or HR Administration experience

Experience supporting onboarding, employee records, and recruitment processes

Working knowledge of HR compliance and employment documentation

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms

Location: Indianapolis, IN 46250
