At Ervin Cable Construction, LLC, as a Dispatcher, you'll manage technician schedules, assign tasks, and coordinate communication between customers, technicians, and other departments. Remote (or Hybrid) (Only added where applicable)

Manage and prioritize technician schedules, tasks and quotas to efficiently meet customer needs

Handle and process data from multiple sources
Monitor and respond to customer and technician communications to resolve scheduling or service conflicts
To be 18 years of age or older
High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience
Basic computer skills is preferred
