Job Title: Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a Mechanical Project Engineer with experience in custom equipment design and full project lifecycle management. This individual will play a key role in engineering, managing, and delivering mechanical systems. From concept through commissioning, this role is responsible for CAD design, technical leadership, coordination with internal teams, and direct customer engagement.

Lead full lifecycle execution of complex custom equipment projects.

• Own mechanical system design including advanced and integrated systems.
• Serve as primary technical point of contact for customers.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and technical risk.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across engineering, fabrication, controls, and service.
• Lead equipment testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning efforts.
• Establish and enforce engineering standards, documentation, and best practices.
• Contribute to product/platform standardization and continuous improvement.
• Leads multiple or high-complexity projects independently.
• Interfaces with leadership on project status, risk, and resource planning.
• 5+ years of experience in OEM design, machine design, or equipment design.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks or AutoCAD Inventor.
• Previous project management experience.

Sizing water pumps, gear motors, and cylinders.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Hydraulic/pneumatic and/or light industrial electrical experience required.

The work environment is a standard office environment attached to manufacturing. The team operates on a hybrid schedule with three days remote and two days onsite. This is a Permanent position based out of Solon, OH.
