Nurse Practitioner Full Time – Urgent Care

however, the equivalent hourly rate ranges from $69.00 to $77.00 per hour , depending on experience, location, and FTE status. Total compensation may also include bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care is looking for dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our expanding team. We currently have a Full ** -time opportunity available at our West Springfield **** Center. At this time we do **** not have any PRN openings**.

This is an excellent chance to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and fast-paced urgent care environment while making a meaningful impact in the community.

Full ‑Time Schedule Overview

Total Shifts: 3- 12hour shifts

Shift Length: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (12 hours each)

every other weekend

Physician-Led Organization: Inova prioritizes urgent and primary care, with 23 locations and continued investment in this specialty.

Integrated Care Model: Seamless coordination with specialists, primary care, and other services.

Subspecialty Primary Care Options: Opportunities to serve unique populations including underserved communities, LGBTQ+ patients, HIV/AIDS patients, and concierge medicine.

Innovative Technology: Pursuing Epic Gold Stars Level 9; access to informatics specialists and robust telemedicine platform.

Mental health support: PA: Graduate of accredited PA program and NCCPA certification

Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine

Credentialing Requirements:

Successful completion of payer credentialing (Medicare/Medicaid)

Medical Staff credentialing for clinical privileges
