Head of Project Management

What You’ll Do As a key member of our production team, you’ll manage projects from concept to completion — collaborating with creative, technical, and operations teams to ensure every event runs seamlessly.

Your day-to-day will include Leading the planning and execution of custom Audio/Visual and Lighting projects.

Building detailed labor schedules and managing onsite teams through installation and dismantle.

Coordinating travel logistics, timelines, and vendor communication.

Overseeing budgets, tracking shipments, and resolving on-site challenges in real time.

Partnering with clients and internal teams to ensure every detail aligns with creative vision and budget goals.

Sourcing specialty materials and negotiating with contractors and vendors.

Traveling to domestic and international locations for on-site management when needed.

What You Bring 2–4+ years of Project Management experience within events, production, or A/V environments.

Strong organizational and communication skills — with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.

Willingness to travel up to 50% (domestically and internationally).
