Registered Nurse: North 2 - Medical Intervention Unit
Job Schedule: Part-Time
Shift Details: Days, 1st shift
Weekend Requirement: Every third weekend

Middlesex Health is looking for compassionate, caring individuals to join our team. As an RN you will be a part of a collaborative and innovative group of individuals who strive to improve outcomes for an at risk population. The Registered Nurse provides individualized care primarily for medical and telemetry patients with a co-occurring Substance Use Disorder (SUD).
Provide safe and comprehensive care to patient at various points in recovery
- Contribute to building and maintaining a team oriented environment
- Encourage patient success and help to foster an environment of recovery
- Help facilitate safe discharge plans including aftercare when appropriate

Current and unrestricted license in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut or the ability to obtain.
Possess the knowledge and skills necessary to assess health needs of patients and to perform nursing care in a safe, caring manner
One year of acute care nursing experience
