Brand Strategist

We're partnering with a leading fashion retail brand to identify a Brand Strategist who will support the execution of seasonal marketing strategies for a key product category. This role combines brand strategy, project management, and cross-functional collaboration, helping drive category growth, execute go-to-market initiatives, optimize in-season performance, and bring compelling marketing campaigns to life across digital and retail channels.

Partner cross-functionally with merchandising, planning, creative, and marketing teams to bring campaigns and business priorities to life.

Assist with go-to-market execution across multiple channels, including website, app, social media, email, SMS/push, and paid media.

Develop and maintain marketing briefs, strategic frameworks, presentations, and floorset materials.

Ensure consistent promotional messaging and storytelling across digital and in-store touchpoints.

Coordinate execution of trend-driven campaigns, cultural moments, and influencer-related initiatives.

Analyze campaign performance and business results, helping translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Contribute to special projects and high-priority marketing initiatives as needed.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

• 2-3 years of marketing, brand strategy, communications, or related experience.
• Fashion, retail, consumer products, or lifestyle brand experience preferred.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Creative, solutions-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.
