We are hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide overall Behavior Supports to the clients and staff in our Enhanced Supervision Group Homes and Day Services. The BCBA will have 9 adult clients on their caseload and supervise the RBTs in each home. The group home program is through a state contract that does not require billable hours. The BCBA will work in person 4 days a week and remotely 1 day a week.

this documentation will be placed in a system and will have data/language that allows for billing under Delaware’s Medicaid rules, with the amount of time aligned with prior authorizations from the state.
Provide direct monitoring, assessment, intervention, and staff training including behavioral supports, proactive strategies, triggers, staff interventions, replacement behaviors, etc.
Maintain system for collecting objective data regarding the skills and needs of clients served.
Maintain system for collecting program specific information including key data points.
Attend client psychiatric appointments and inpatient psychiatric discharge meetings.
Conduct departmental training as directed.
Ensure the health and safety of clients we serve.
Oversee and develop the RBT program for DE staff, provide ongoing CEUs for them, assist them in passing certification as needed, provide oversight per regulatory expectations.
Master's degree in related field.
Valid Delaware BCBA license.
Valid auto insurance.
