Recruiter HR, Contract - REMOTE

We are specifically seeking a recruiter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and has a proven track record of managing high‑volume requisitions. The ideal candidate must have hands‑on experience recruiting for High‑Volume Sales Representatives, Drivers / Delivery Personnel, Installers / Technical Field Service Technicians.

Rosemont, IL (hybrid work environment – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Hourly Pay Rate: $30.00‑$35.00/hr

Source, screen, and hire qualified candidates across the organization, with a heavy focus on sales, driving, and installation talent.
Partner closely with department leads and HR to understand job requirements, align on talent needs, and provide strategic sourcing solutions.
Coordinate interviews, maintain consistent communication, and ensure a seamless, positive onboarding process for new hires.
Utilize candidate databases and job boards to track hiring progress and proactively build a pipeline for high‑turnover/high‑volume roles.
Act as the face of the company, promoting an elite employer brand and a consumer‑first culture to top‑tier talent.
Recruiter Qualifications
Proven experience as a Recruiter, with a strong emphasis on high‑volume recruiting for sales, drivers, and installers.
Ability to utilize advanced sourcing techniques to uncover passive talent for technical and field roles.
Comfortable managing a high volume of open requisitions while maintaining attention to detail and data integrity in the ATS.
