• Innovate Sourcing Strategies: Architect creative outreach campaigns using LinkedIn Recruiter to attract passive candidates in competitive IT, cybersecurity, and engineering markets.

• Assess & Align Talent: Evaluate candidate profiles against strategic hiring criteria, ensuring alignment with our evolving culture and business needs.

• Cultivate Candidate Pipelines: Build and maintain an organized pipeline of future talent, fostering relationships and ensuring a seamless, positive candidate journey.

• Partner with Leadership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to analyze market trends, define candidate profiles, and provide actionable talent intelligence.

• Optimize the Hiring Workflow: Coordinate interview logistics and calendars, streamlining the process for both candidates and internal teams.

Your Expertise Essential Skills:

• 4+ years of proven experience in talent sourcing or recruitment.

• Demonstrated success in sourcing technical talent (IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering) and corporate professionals.

• Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

• Clear, empathetic communication skills to engage diverse candidate pools.

• Robust organizational agility to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
