A well-respected law firm is seeking a paralegal with Trusts & Estates experience to join its team in Morristown, NJ. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys, executors, and trustees on all aspects of estate and trust administration.

Responsibilities:

Handle probate matters in NJ and NY, including drafting and filing court forms

Prepare and file federal and state estate/inheritance tax returns

Work directly with executors and trustees from inception through final distribution

Assist with trust administration, accountings, waivers, and fiduciary changes

Qualifications:

3+ years of estate administration paralegal or fiduciary accounting experience

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; excellent communication skills

Experience with complex estate/trust matters is a plus

Details:

Location: Morristown, NJ

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
