Full Time Physiatrist Needed

Physical Therapist, Outpatient Orthopaedics

We are looking for a Physical Therapist to join an outpatient orthopaedic rehabilitation team in Orlando. This independently owned orthopaedic practice has served Central Florida for over 50 years and includes 20+ orthopaedic specialists across multiple subspecialties, nine clinic locations, walk-in orthopaedic injury clinics, and an outpatient surgery center on its downtown Orlando campus in the SoDo district.
This is a chance to practice evidence-based orthopaedic care with a predictable weekday schedule, one-hour appointment slots, and a multidisciplinary team that works together on every patient's plan. Evaluate patients and build individualized treatment plans based on physician referrals, patient goals, clinical findings, and evidence-based practice
Follow established rehab protocols and clinical pathways
Work alongside Athletic Trainers, PTAs, Exercise Physiologists, and clinic staff to coordinate patient-centered care
Meet clinic productivity expectations without sacrificing quality of care
Participate in department meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing education
Serve as a clinical resource within your scope of practice
Provide flexible coverage at other clinic locations as needed
Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)

• Active Florida Physical Therapist license in good standing
• 1+ year of physical therapy experience, ideally in outpatient orthopaedics or rehabilitation
• Strong patient communication and customer service skills
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
