Set up and operate HAAS CNC Mills and Lathes (4 & 5-axis machines, some with pallet changers)
Machine aerospace fittings using steel (including heat-treated), stainless steel, titanium, and aluminum
Interpret aerospace blueprints including AS, MS, NAS, and NSA standards
Run production batches ranging from 20 to thousands of pieces across multiple operations
Utilize precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, comparators) for quality control
Participate in OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) initiatives to drive efficiency improvements
Interface with basic ERP systems for production tracking
Proven experience with HAAS CNC Mills and/or Lathes setup and operation
Aerospace materials machining experience (steel, stainless, titanium, aluminum)
Blueprint reading proficiency with aerospace standards (AS/MS/NAS/NSA)
Multi-machine operation capability (minimum 2 machines simultaneously)
Strong precision measurement skills and quality focus
ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality systems exposure
ITAR familiarity for defense/aerospace applications
OEE or lean manufacturing background
