Paralegal Estate Law

Law firm is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to join their Los Angeles office.
Responsibilities

Support commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financings, refinancings, and closings
Coordinate title and survey due diligence nationwide
Review title commitments, policies, endorsements, UCC searches, surveys, and zoning reports
Prepare title memoranda, objection letters, closing checklists, and closing binders
Prepare and file UCC-1s, UCC-3s, continuations, assignments, and terminations
Coordinate with lenders, title companies, clients, opposing counsel, and other transaction parties
Handle recording, filing, and other post-closing matters
Support M&A, reorganizations, financings, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions
Prepare resolutions, consents, secretary certificates, disclosure schedules, and organizational documents
Prepare and file entity formations, qualifications, amendments, mergers, dissolutions, and annual reports
Maintain corporate records, organizational charts, and entity information
Manage due diligence, document organization, execution processes, and closing deliverables
Track transaction timelines, signature packages, and closing requirements
Organize virtual data rooms and document management systems
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely transaction execution
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and Paralegal Certificate required
At least 5+ years of transactional paralegal experience required within a law firm or in-house
Strong experience supporting complex commercial real estate and corporate transactions
Proficiency with Microsoft 365, document management systems, and virtual data room platforms
