This is a high volume phone job. No recruiting experience needed. What matters is energy, hustle, and showing up ready to help people take the next step in their journey with Southern National.

Base salary $36,000 to $43,000 plus commissions and bonuses
Weekly and monthly contests with cash and prizes
Medical, dental, vision, and 401K
The recruiters who produce move up fast into senior recruiting, team lead, and management. High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Prior experience in recruitment or HR is a plus, but not required
