This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic hospital environment, providing comprehensive anesthesiology services across a broad patient demographic from neonates to adults while enjoying competitive compensation and excellent support.

In this position, you will provide anesthesia coverage in hospital-based operating rooms, supporting a team of 22 anesthesiologists and collaborating with a multidisciplinary staff. You will supervise a mix of practicing solo and supervising CRNAs within a care team model, helping ensure patient safety and comfort during approximately 50-60 surgical cases daily. This assignment is ideal for physicians who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting and are comfortable managing diverse patient populations. The schedule runs Monday through Friday from 07:00 to 15:30, with no call responsibilities, making it suitable for a balanced professional experience.

Valid anesthesia license and DEA in Ohio
Proven expertise in pediatric and adult anesthesia
Prior experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center
Experience with neonatal anesthesia
Familiarity with hospital EMR systems
MD or DO degree with board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology
Minimum of 2 years of clinical anesthesia practice
Previous experience in a hospital-based setting preferred
Completion of facility-specific onboarding, including fingerprinting
Willingness to travel and stay in Dayton during the assignment period
