Department: Spiritual Care

Schedule: Rotating | PRN

What You Will Do

Deliver compassionate, culturally sensitive spiritual and religious counsel to patients, families, and associates experiencing emotional or spiritual distress.

Consult with patients, families, and the medical team on complex ethical decisions, providing values-based guidance and making appropriate referrals as needed.

Lead the planning, organization, and evaluation of local ministry spiritual programs to ensure the effective execution of all spirituality initiatives.

Strengthen the local ministry and community connection by performing appropriate pastoral services, including prayer and blessings.

What You Will Need

Education:

Bachelor's degree required.

1. unit of Clinical Pastoral Education accredited by the ACPE required.
2. units of Clinical Pastoral Education accredited by the ACPE preferred.

Master's degree in Theology, Religious Studies, Human Behavior or related field preferred.

Work Experience:

2 years of healthcare experience is preferred.
