Job Description Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Tampa, FL
ABA Solutions is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to support clients in the Hillsborough County region. This role allows you to serve between our Tampa clinic, local schools, and home-based environments while working alongside a collaborative team focused on outcomes that are meaningful to our clients.
We understand the importance of clinical support, collaboration, and maintaining manageable caseloads so our analysts can focus on delivering high-quality care.

Manageable caseload expectations designed to support quality care
- Administrative support for credentialing and authorizations
- We also have opportunities with university practicum programs, providing opportunities to mentor student analysts entering the field.
Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs and BCaBAs
Analyze data regularly and adjust programming to support client progress
Provide caregiver training to help families implement strategies across environments
Maintain documentation and supervision standards required by the BACB and funding sources
Caseload Structure
Clinic-based services at our Tampa location School services supporting clients during school hours Home sessions that support caregiver training and skill generalization
