As a Design Requirements and Analysis Engineer, you will generate and verify system and subsystem level requirements. The team applies Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) principles to develop and deliver cutting‑edge aerospace products.

What You Will Be Doing
You will perform requirements analysis, execute trade studies, establish requirements traceability, and interface with customers, suppliers, and IPT leads for seamless communication and collaboration.

Generate and verify system and subsystem level requirements

Perform requirements analysis, trade studies, and establish requirements traceability

Create and manage requirements using DOORS and generate Cameo models

Interface with customers, suppliers, and IPT leads

Define system tolerances and timelines, conduct functional configuration audits

Develop and apply verification methodologies

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in STEM or equivalent professional experience

Experience with requirements definition and management tools such as DOORS and CAMEO

Experience with system architecture design and development

Experience with Cameo modeling

Interim Secret clearance at start

Desired Skills

Perform requirements definition of design characteristics for an objective system

Synthesize design characteristics into system architecture

Knowledge of and experience with missile systems

Integration and Test

Define system tolerances and timelines

Conduct functional configuration audit with verification evidence

Experience with C++, Python, MATLAB is a plus

Security Clearance Statement
This position requires a U.S. citizen and a government security clearance (Secret). You must obtain an interim Secret clearance to start.
