Overview At Buffalo Wild Wings, a Service Manager oversees takeout operations and guest entry experience, coaching team members and managing shift operations to ensure tasks are performed effectively.

Responsibilities Oversee takeout operations and guest entry experience.

Assist in managing shift operations.

Coach team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively.

Create legendary experiences for guests.

Qualifications Preferably 2 years of restaurant or bar management experience.

General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures.

Computer operations competency.

Passion for training and developing your team.
