Qualifications

State License License must be in hand at time of application.
Certifications BLS (AHA)
Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Operating Room in last 3 years.
Travel Experience 6 weeks of travel experience.

EMR EPIC

Skills Assessment ORO skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
References 2 Charge RN references within the last 2 years.
Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee of the Health System in the past year.
Additional Confirmations Mandatory competency with phlebotomy is required.
Additional Confirmations Mandatory competency with placing IVs is required.
COVID Vaccine Medical and religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.
Flu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season. Medical and religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.
Travel Contract Must travel at least 50.0 miles to receive a travel stipend. Local candidates are eligible, but the pay package may adjust the rate by a few dollars per hour, will not contain a travel stipend, and will be entirely taxable.
Requested Time Off Up to 10 days of time off can be requested.
