Acquisition Specialist
Amyx is seeking to hire an Acquisition Specialist located in Falls Church, VA.
Knowledge of methods and techniques of fact-finding, analysis, and resolution of complex problems, and the ability to develop concrete action plans to solve problems.
Familiarity with price and cost analysis principles.
prepare recommendations and alternatives document, strategies and outcomes, and correspondence of a persuasive and/or directive nature.
Verbal communication skills must be developed to the degree that can articulate contractual issues and provide guidance to non-contracting customers regarding provisions, practices, procedures, and problem resolution.
Skilled in Microsoft Office programs and data management systems
Integrative Acquisition Environment
DOD acquisition system
8 years of experience in one of the following: project/program management; acquisition; acquisition support; The experience may reduced to 4 years if the candidate has a Bachelor's Degree.

Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Knowledge of Federal and DOD acquisition procedures.
