additional compensation includes shift differential (up to $2.00/hr), relevant field experience (up to $2.00/hr), and credit for higher education ($0.48/hr for bachelor’s degree; $Schedule: 2nd shift (2:45 pm to 11:00 pm)

As a Program Supervisor, you will oversee the operations of a residential program serving children and adolescents with emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. This leadership role ensures safety, compliance, and quality care while supporting staff and maintaining a therapeutic environment.

Provide direct supervision of clients

Supervise and support staff to ensure residents’ needs are met

Conduct 10‑minute safety checks and document observations

Oversee medication management (administer, verify ingestion, and document)

Document daily activities and behaviors in shift notes

Prepare meals, including cooking, proper food storage, and occasional grocery shopping

Maintain cleanliness of facility grounds, residents’ rooms/bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry

Transport individuals to school, appointments, and community outings

High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required)

Pass pre‑employment medical screenings including drug test, physical exam, and TB test

occasional driving of Devereux vehicles required (car and passenger van)
