Kansas City Orthopaedic Alliance Physical Therapy | Lenexa, KS - Opening Fall 2026 Kansas City Orthopaedic Alliance Physical Therapy is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing outpatient therapy team in the Kansas City metro area.

Kansas City Orthopaedic Alliance is a leading provider of comprehensive orthopedic care, bringing together a team of highly respected orthopedic specialists dedicated to delivering exceptional patient outcomes. As part of our continued commitment to expanding access to high-quality rehabilitation services, we are opening a brand-new outpatient physical therapy clinic in Lenexa, Kansas, this fall.

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work alongside experienced Physical Therapists and orthopedic specialists in a collaborative, physician-integrated environment. This role offers the opportunity to treat a diverse orthopedic patient population while helping patients recover from injury, surgery, and musculoskeletal conditions so they can return to the activities they enjoy.

Position Summary The Physical Therapist Assistant works under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to implement treatment plans, assist patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals, and contribute to outstanding patient outcomes. The PTA plays an essential role in delivering high-quality care while fostering a positive patient experience.

Provide therapeutic exercises, functional training, manual techniques, and modalities as directed.

Accurately document treatment sessions and patient responses in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with Physical Therapists, physicians, and clinic staff to provide coordinated patient care.

Demonstrate excellent customer service and patient engagement.

Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, company policies, and professional practice standards.

Qualifications Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

Current, active, and unrestricted Physical Therapist Assistant license in the State of Kansas (or ability to obtain prior to start date).

New graduates and experienced PTAs are encouraged to apply.

Working knowledge of electronic medical records and computer applications.
