We're looking for an HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team in Allen, Texas.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting Talent Acquisition, HR Compliance, and HR technology while working with leaders across our healthcare system. As our HR Coordinator, you'll be a trusted partner to Human Resources and hiring leaders by supporting a wide variety of HR initiatives, including:
-Administer and maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Oracle HRIS.
Configure ATS workflows, troubleshoot system issues, and recommend process improvements.
- Train hiring managers on recruitment systems, requisition creation, and hiring best practices.
- Maintain HR compliance by auditing personnel files, I-9 documentation, licenses, certifications, and regulatory records.
- Generate monthly and ad hoc HR reports using Excel and HR systems.
- Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to improve recruitment workflows and system efficiencies.
- Serve as the primary liaison with ATS vendors regarding updates, enhancements, and system maintenance.
- Assist with recruitment projects, sourcing initiatives, compliance audits, and other HR programs.
We're seeking someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about creating efficient HR processes.
Bachelor's degree
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience working with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Two or more years of Human Resources experience
- Experience with Oracle HRIS
- Experience supporting Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Operations
- Experience training end users on HR systems
