The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides nursing care in collaboration with a Registered Nurse, using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care to maximize patients\' quality of life. The LPN is part of the clinical support team and collaborates with multidisciplinary staff, supporting culture change initiatives and acting as a role model and mentor.

Document care in designated patient records
Identify resources to provide safe and effective care
Delegate and supervise nursing assistants
Participate in shared governance and care planning initiatives
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory requirements
Participate in quality data collection and performance improvement
Support unit activities and coach patient care associates
Respond to safety concerns on the unit
Comply with policies and regulatory matters
Graduate of an approved nursing program
Massachusetts LPN license in good standing
Proficiency with computer literacy
Excellent English language skills
