Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse specialized in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to deliver exceptional critical care to patients with complex and life-threatening conditions. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment alongside a multidisciplinary team committed to providing patient-centered, evidence-based care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive critical care to critically ill patients, including those on mechanical ventilation, experiencing multi-organ failure, sepsis, respiratory distress, or post-surgical complications.

Continuously monitor patient hemodynamics through invasive lines and manage vasoactive medications to stabilize patients effectively.

Collaborate with intensivists, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.

Assist and perform bedside procedures such as central line insertion, arterial line placement, lumbar punctures, and bronchoscopies.

Ensure strict adherence to clinical protocols, safety standards, and infection control practices to optimize patient outcomes.

Document patient care accurately and maintain detailed records in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree.

Minimum of 2 years of critical care or ICU nursing experience.

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.

Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification is preferred.

Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills, with the ability to perform effectively in high-pressure situations.

Shift & Schedule:
~ Night shift: 3 days per week, 12-hour shifts
