Job Title: Junior & Intermediate Pastry Chefs

Shift: 1st Shift

Seeking a Junior Pastry Chef with 1+ year of pastry experience or formal pastry schooling are encouraged to apply!

Prepare high‑quality pastries and desserts following standardized recipes

Maintain quality, consistency, food safety (HACCP), and cleanliness

Safely operate pastry equipment (mixers, ovens, sheeters)

Support production planning, inventory, and organization

Basic pastry and baking knowledge

Commitment to food safety and sanitation standards

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brooklyn, NY.
