Service Advisor

We are seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. If you excel at helping people, staying organized, and communicating clearly, we can teach you the automotive side. The day-to-day duties of this role include meeting with customers and determining their needs, providing excellent customer service, and overseeing quality control. Prior dealership or service advisor experience is not required; we provide full training.

Listen to customer concerns and document vehicle issues accurately

Maintain strong follow-up and keep customers updated throughout the repair process

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid commercial drivers license & clean driving record

Strong customer service background (retail, hospitality, call center, etc.)

Willingness to learn automotive systems and processes
