Cenveo is hiring immediately Experienced Envelope Machine Adjusters to set up, tune, and maintain high speed envelope manufacturing equipment. This role requires strong mechanical skill, troubleshooting ability, and a commitment to safety and quality.Pay & Schedule* Starting at $26/hr + applicable shift premium (2nd & 3rd shifts)* 2nd shift premium $1.25/hr / 3pm -- 11pm* 3rd shift premium $1.50/hr / 11pm -- 7am* Training is typically on 1st shift (7am -- 3pm); may vary by availability* Schedule: Mon - Fri / Sat required during busy season/based on business needs.* Shift availability is subject to changeWhat You'll Do* Set up, align, and adjust envelope machines* Perform changeovers, size adjustments, and mechanical repairs* Maintain machine speed, accuracy, and uptime* Inspect product quality and minimize waste* Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement* Install paper, glue systems, tooling, other requirements safelyWhat You Need* 7+ years envelope machine adjusting experience* Advanced mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills* Knowledge of cutting, folding, gluing systems and envelope tolerances* Detail oriented, safety focused, and reliablePhysical Requirements* Standing, bending, climbing, lifting up to 55 lbs* Exposure to noise, machinery, inks, solvents, glue* Ability to work in hot/cold conditions and stay alert around equipmentCENVEO IS AN EEO EMPLOYERINDCVOP
