Role Overview

We are looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people, staying organized, and helping create outstanding client experiences. As a Client Experience Specialist, you will serve as a trusted resource for clients by assisting with travel arrangements, coordinating important details, and providing support throughout the planning process.

This role is ideal for individuals seeking a flexible work-from-home opportunity where they can build professional skills while helping clients prepare for memorable travel experiences. Training and ongoing support are provided, making this a great opportunity for both newcomers and experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Work directly with clients to help organize travel plans and vacation arrangements
Explore destination options, lodging choices, transportation services, and travel packages through approved company tools
Review travel requests and booking information to ensure all details are properly documented
Provide personalized assistance based on client interests, travel objectives, and scheduling needs
Manage client communications through email, phone calls, and online messaging platforms
Assist with reservation corrections, itinerary enhancements, and travel-related follow-up
Maintain well-organized records of client interactions and travel documentation
Complete assigned training modules and participate in virtual team discussions
