HR Analyst / HR Coordinator
Schedule: Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Analyst / HR Coordinator to support daily Human Resources operations. This position will play a key role in employee relations, onboarding, record maintenance, reporting, compliance, and HR administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and experience supporting HR processes in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, and employee documentation.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Assist with recruiting activities, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
Prepare and analyze HR reports related to attendance, turnover, headcount, and workforce metrics.
Support benefits administration and answer employee questions regarding company policies and programs.
Assist with employee relations matters and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Track training records and support employee development initiatives.
Partner with management to support workforce planning and HR-related projects.
Perform audits of employee files and HR records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources department.

5+ years of Human Resources experience required.

• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or production environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with HRIS systems and reporting tools preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
