Head of Project Management

We are looking to add a talented and motivated Project Manager who shares our values of teamwork, commitment, integrity, and mutual respect to our Racine, WI team!

A Project Manager (PM) in the Racine Petroleum Services (RSC) department will be primarily responsible for the duties and activities outlined below. The PM must be capable of managing multiple locations simultaneously while delivering excellent customer service.

• Create orders and process design and estimating requests in our systems
• Review and interpret site surveys and code checks
• Populate estimate worksheet and customer proposals
• Create and issue purchase orders to suppliers and subcontractors
• Order in-house manufactured materials
• Coordinate material deliveries, track shipments
• Communicate and coordinate with Field Supervisors
• Order and expedite missing or damaged materials to the job site
• Create and manage change orders
• Process customer invoicing
• Customer communications – updates, change orders, installation coordination
• Maintain internal systems and customer spreadsheets
• 5+ years Project Management experience or similar required.

This fast-paced, detail-oriented role requires a reliable, quick learner and a strong, committed team player who can drive projects to completion with minimal supervision while ensuring high-quality results.

The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Microsoft Excel, and must be able to successfully operate and manage multiple computer programs simultaneously.
