Caregiver Position

Interim HealthCare is seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver to provide in-home support for a client. This role is ideal for someone who is attentive, patient, and committed to improving quality of life through hands-on care and companionship.

Responsibilities:

Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming

Provide toileting and incontinence care

Offer stand-by assist with mobility and fall prevention

Prepare breakfast and lunch

Perform light housekeeping

Provide companionship (conversation, TV, engagement)

Supervise during meals as needed

Support daily routines and provide gentle reminders

Qualifications:

Previous caregiving or personal care experience preferred

Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care

Reliable and dependable

Strong communication skills

Ability to follow care plans and safety protocols
