We are seeking an Orthodontist to join a well-established and growing orthodontic practice serving the Carbondale and Marion, Illinois communities. This is an excellent opportunity to step into an established patient base with strong new patient flow, experienced support staff, and a proven track record of growth.
The position offers a consistent split schedule between two established locations, providing variety while allowing you to build strong relationships with patients and the local community.
Position Details
Locations: Carbondale & Marion, IL
Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: Marion
Tuesday: Carbondale
Patient Volume : Approximately 30-40 existing patients per day
Active Patients:
Carbondale: 145
Marion: 433
Starts : Approximately 35 per month
New Consults : Approximately 45 per month
Invisalign: Approximately 25% share of chairs
