ELMHURST: 357 IL-83, Elmhurst IL 60126 · In-Person · Full-Time & Part-Time Available · License Required As a Wax Specialist at European Wax Center, you're the expert in the room. You'll deliver high-quality waxing services in your own private suite, build real relationships with returning guests, and grow a loyal book of business - all within the support of a nationally recognized brand. We're Ballast Wax, a fast-growing multi-unit EWC franchisee. We invest heavily in the development of our Wax Specialists because we know that when you grow, our centers grow. You'll have access to ongoing training, brand education, and a team that genuinely wants to see you thrive - technically, professionally, and financially. Deliver professional waxing services in accordance with EWC brand protocols and licensing requirements Educate guests on post-wax care, service frequency, and what to expect Recommend skincare products and service packages that genuinely serve your guests Consistently achieve rebooking, product sales, and Wax Pass goals Contribute to center-wide performance targets Hygiene, Safety & Standards Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized wax suite at all times Adhere to all sanitation standards and state licensing laws without exception Uphold brand standards and model the EWC guest experience Participate in ongoing training, skill development, and center meetings At Ballast Wax, we believe a great Wax Specialist is running their own business - building a loyal guest base, refining their technique, and growing their income through skill and relationships. You take sanitation and standards seriously. Whether you're brand new or experienced, you show up to training ready to grow. You're available when guests are - evenings and weekends included.
