Retail Sales Merchandiser Full Time

Achieve/exceed financial plan by supporting Senior Merchandiser in all facets of managing a successful
Generate and distribute weekly, monthly, and seasonal reports.
Provide analysis and understanding of current business trends.
Manage daily Merchandising responsibilities, including accurately building, editing and maintaining
Prepare all necessary documents and resources for major Product Lifecycle Meetings, including Hindsight,
Demonstrate awareness of retail landscape.
Support lead Merchandiser in building assortment.
Partner with Planning to execute promotional strategies to effectively manage sales, gross margin, and
Bachelor's degree in fashion-related major.

• 1 year of related experience in Merchandising, or relevant Internships.
• Working knowledge of retail financial measurements.
• Strong fashion sense, with a sense of brand and client needs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

This position works on-site consistent with the needs of the business at our Ann Taylor office location in New York City.
