DIETITIAN - PRN/Part Time Hourly

Vasona Creek Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dietitian (RD) to join our team in Los Gatos, CA. This is a highly flexible, part-time / PRN on-call position perfect for someone looking to pick up extra hours throughout the month.
Job Overview Registered Dietitian (Part-Time / PRN / On-Call)
Position: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
Highly flexible, fill-in hours distributed throughout the month
Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nutritional assessments and care planning for residents.
Assess therapeutic and texture-modified diet needs based on medical conditions.
Collaborate with the speech therapist, nursing staff, and the culinary team.
Monitor residents with significant weight changes or high-risk nutritional status.
Qualifications Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
Previous experience in a skilled nursing, post-acute, or long-term care setting preferred.
