Job Title: Acoustical Ceiling Helper / Laborer

The Acoustical Ceiling Helper / Laborer is responsible for assisting with ceiling grid and tile installation on commercial and government job sites. This entry-level position offers hands-on experience in the field and the opportunity to grow with a skilled team of professionals. You will contribute to a variety of tasks essential to successful project completion while learning the trade in a supportive environment. In this role, you will work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure timely and efficient progress while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Gather, carry, and organize necessary materials
Clean work areas and maintain equipment
Measure and cut materials to specifications
Position equipment and tools as needed for installation
Operate scaffolding, aerial lifts, ladders, and stilts
Work in indoor and outdoor environments
Help maintain construction schedules and phased timelines
Willingness to learn and develop skills in ceiling installation
