Description

Assess patients in inpatient or outpatient facilities and craft personalized treatment plans.
Deliver physical therapy treatments with an emphasis on mobility, strength, and balance.

Inform patients and families regarding therapeutic objectives, planning for discharge, and exercises they can continue at home.
Maintain detailed documentation of evaluations, treatments, and progress as per facility and regulatory standards.
Engage in interdisciplinary rounds and care conferences to guarantee seamless care for patients.
Education
~ Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited program.

Certifications
State licensure as a Physical Therapist .
