Own end-to-end GTM recruitment project for SambaNova’s Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams
SambaNova is a leader in next-generation AI infrastructure, delivering a full-stack inference platform for customers worldwide. At the core of SambaNova's technology is the RDU (Reconfigurable Dataflow Unit) — a chip built on a dataflow architecture rather than the traditional GPU model. Its decode performance is especially strong for agentic workloads like multi-turn agents, code generation, and long-running applications. RDUs are packaged into SambaRack, rack-scale hardware that lets customers deploy state-of-the-art models with better performance, greater energy efficiency, and faster time to value.

You'll own full lifecycle recruiting across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product, working directly with hiring managers to define roles, calibrate pipelines, and close top talent in a competitive market. This is a 6-month contract with the option to extend or convert to a full-time position based on performance.

Partner with hiring managers across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to define roles, write job descriptions, calibrate pipeline, and design interviews

Source passive talent through LinkedIn, referrals, industry events, communities, and targeted outreach across the enterprise software and AI ecosystem

Own full lifecycle recruiting for roles across Sales (AEs, SDRs, sales engineers, sales leadership), Marketing, Customer Success, and Product

Maintain accurate data in Greenhouse and track the metrics that matter

5+ years of recruiting experience focused on go-to-market and product roles, ideally in enterprise software, SaaS, or AI/infrastructure

Proven track record filling roles such as Account Executive, Product Manager, Product Marketing, and Customer Success Manager

Existing network within the enterprise tech and GTM community

Excellent creative writing skills
