BOTTAIA Winery blends wine country charm with resort-style relaxation. Our semi-Olympic pool, private cabines, splash pad, and lively Pool Bar & Café create an exclusive oasis. As a Lifeguard, you'll ensure safety, maintain a fun atmosphere, and keep guests worry-free as they soak up the sun.
As a Lifeguard, you're the heart of the poolside experience. You'll monitor the pool, enforce safety rules, and respond to emergencies-all while working 100% outdoors.
Compensation: $21.00 hourly
Seasonal (May-October), weekends and holidays required.

Monitor the pool, enforce rules, and ensure guest safety.
Educate guests on water safety for a smooth, enjoyable experience.
Keep the pool area clean, organized, and inviting.
Maintain and inspect safety equipment regularly.
Lifeguard & First Aid (CPR & AED) certification preferred; training and certification provided at the company expense.
Prior resort, pool, or swim instructor experience preferred.
Comfortable working 100% outdoors.
Available weekends and holidays.
Company Standards & Policies:
Execute pool emergency procedures and provide calm, reassuring assistance in emergencies.
Adhere to environmental standards set by BOTTAIA.
