What You’ll Lead Coordinate and oversee DSC’s nursing services within the residential program
Partner with the Director of Residential Services to develop, implement, and elevate the Nursing Program
Support, coach, and guide staff to deliver exceptional care
What You Bring Current, unrestricted Illinois RN license
Ability to complete RN Trainer requirements within six months
Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
Your Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM with some flexibility necessary
No scheduled on-call — ENJOY YOUR EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS!
Grant-funded retention bonuses up to 2 payments for a maximum of $1,600 per fiscal year! (depending on when in the grant year you are hired)
