Provides clerical support for the Referral Office.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Effective customer service skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to use a computer. Provide clerical support for the Referral Department
Answer phones for the referral department.
Fax or mail medical records to the specialist in a timely manner
Input referral information into computer & insurance databases with speed and accuracy.
Update patient information in the computer system.
