Now Hiring: zTrip is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Recruiter to help grow our driver workforce and support our continued success. In this role, you'll be responsible for attracting, hiring, and onboarding qualified candidates while creating a positive experience throughout the hiring process.

Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and community outreach.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.
Attend job fairs, hiring events, and community events to promote career opportunities with zTrip.
Guide candidates through the hiring process from application to onboarding.
Promote zTrip as an employer of choice in the local market.
Develop creative recruiting strategies to meet hiring goals.
Onboarding & New Hire Support

Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding sessions.
Ensure new hires have the tools and information needed for success.
Serve as a primary point of contact during the onboarding process.
Educate new employees on company policies, procedures, and expectations.
Employee Engagement & Retention

Partner with operations and management teams to improve the overall employee experience.
Help foster a positive and professional workplace culture.
Maintain accurate recruiting, hiring, and onboarding records.
Track recruiting activity, hiring progress, and retention results.
Recommend improvements to recruiting and candidate engagement processes.
Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, human resources, customer service, sales, or a related field.
Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
