Recruiting Talent Coordinate recruitment efforts by reviewing resumes and conducting phone screenings to identify top candidates for Insurance Agent roles
Schedule interviews and serve as a professional first point of contact for applicants
Support onboarding, new hire paperwork, and orientation processes
Human Resources Support Review and verify employee timekeeping records for accuracy
Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation
Track employee training, certifications, and compliance requirements
Provide administrative assistance related to payroll processing and data entry
