Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)At Corus Home Health, we're looking for a compassionate and licensed LPN to join our close-knit home health team in Albuquerque, NM. This is a field-based role offering autonomy, flexibility, and the chance to make meaningful, one-on-one connections with patients where they feel most comfortable — at home.Key Responsibilities:Deliver skilled nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN) and in accordance with patient care plansMonitor patient conditions and report changes to the supervising clinician or physicianPerform treatments and administer medications as prescribedEducate patients and caregivers on managing illness and treatment plansDocument all care activities accurately and promptly using EMR systemsCollaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient goalsTravel locally to provide care to patients throughout the Albuquerque areaParticipate in team meetings, ongoing education, and quality improvement initiativesWhat We're Looking For:Current LPN license in the state of New MexicoValid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportationExperience in home health or a similar clinical setting (preferred but not required)Strong communication and time management skillsComfortable working independently in patient homesAbility to adapt care to a variety of home environments and needsCommitment to compassionate, high-quality patient careTech-savvy enough to document care using mobile EMR systemsAt Corus, you're more than a clinician — you're a vital part of a mission-driven team that's committed to bringing out the courage in others.
