Critical Care Nurse - CVICU
Provide specialized critical care nursing services to adult patients in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU). Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care while adhering to hospital policies and protocols.
Administer comprehensive critical care to adult patients recovering from cardiovascular surgery and interventions.
Monitor hemodynamic parameters using GE monitors, Swan-Ganz catheters, and other advanced equipment.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Document patient progress and interventions accurately in the EMR system.
Hold a valid RN license with a minimum of 2 years of critical care experience, preferably in CVICU, adult ICU, or neuro ICU.
Demonstrate proficiency with ventilator management, invasive line care, and hemodynamic monitoring.
