This role is fully on‑site in Southfield, Michigan. No relocation assistance is available.

This role requires a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience. Candidates without an active Michigan Bar license or the required litigation background will not be considered.

Manage and litigate complex commercial and real‑estate disputes from inception through resolution, including motion practice, discovery, depositions, and trial.

Draft and argue dispositive motions, pleadings, and briefs with a high standard of legal writing and strategic precision.

Advise clients directly on litigation strategy, risk, and options — building trusted, long‑term relationships.

Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups on matters with regulatory or transactional dimensions.

Contribute to business development efforts with the benefit of firm‑provided marketing support and mentorship.

5+ years of litigation experience; real‑estate litigation strongly preferred; general commercial litigation experience considered.

Superior legal research, writing, advocacy, and communication skills.

Strong academic credentials.
